Work and family...
But gods-be-feathered RPGs too... "Persona 3 FES" in this case...
i have been working on new stuff, but my way of working usually means doing a tiny bit on a hundred pieces during a month...
i have also been getting some scans of old art cleaned up to post...again hundreds of pieces, and i clean up the scans a little here one day and then on another piece the next day...
It's not the best way to go about this i guess...cuz it seems like i can't speak at times, hence the title of this journal entry...
Have yourself a merry little trismus....

i've been looking at your work for a couple years now...
i tried my hand at a style like that back in my early twenties, inspired by Barry Windsor-Smith, Jim Fitzpatrick, and the original Pre-Raphaelites... and i just got too nervous, once a day or two of inking was going right, afraid that i'd mess it up.
So i have mucho admiration for the calm insight and skill you bring to every inch of your work...more faves of your work will follow, didn't want them to get buried in my early fave pages...
Also thanx for the link to the dA Loreena McKennitt Club...busy right now, but will join soon...something to Bonny Portmore or The Old Ways would top my list of new art to do...

You have to take this world which you experience and translate it to a two dimensional piece of paper and make it come alive again to somebody that has never experienced it before. - Rodney Smith, photographer
